Hi there, I received my Alchemist Atelier yesterday for Christmas. The drawer doesn’t close properly. I was wondering if there is a way to fix this before requesting a replacement. When I hold the drawer closed the mechanism doesn’t seem to catch it and it just pops open. I’ve had to hold the drawer closed with my hands in order to use the machine. I’m loving it so much apart from this small issue. Thanks I’m advance.

Hi, I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve had the same issue. The customer service team was kind enough to replace the defective one with a new machine. Initially I’ve thought of fixing it on my own too but it seems like it is pretty much impossible to do so. I’d also recommend to be super gentle with the drawers. I hope you’ll be able to fully enjoy your machine soon.

Thank you so much for replying to my comment. My husband contacted them and they are sending out a replacement. Very happy with the customer service. Looking forward to playing when the new one arrives.
